BG/BRG Klosterneuburg currently has 44 classes;1070 pupils; 110 teachers
and 2 after-school supervision groups.
The school has a five-day week. Lessons are from Monday to Friday;
there is no school on Saturdays. Download the lesson times and breaks.
The school opens at 7:30. From 7:45, pupils are supervised.
School governance
School Governing Council (SGA)
The SGA panel consists of the principal and three teacher, pupil and parent/guardian representatives respectively.
Pupil representatives are the head girl/boy and their two deputies. They are elected annually. The Lower School pupil is required to be invited by advisory vote to the SGA meetings.
Parent/guardian representatives are nominated by the parents’ association.
Responsibilities of the SGA include:
Decisions about:
- multi-day school events;
- authorisation of collections for charity;
Counselling on:
- important questions related to lessons, education, teaching aids;
- building operations in the school
