General information meeting
The form teacher holds a general information meeting for all parents at the start of the first year of each specific school track. The meeting is compulsory - and if additionally requested by a third of the parents of pupils in the respective class.
Parents’ newsletters
Regular newsletters to parents provide information about current and important events. The newsletters are given to the pupils to pass on to parents.
Parent-teacher meetings
Each staff member is available for one hour per week for individual, in-depth parent-teacher conversations. No appointment is necessary. For details of staff availability, please see this pdf.
In addition to the weekly parent-teacher consultation hours, there are two consultation parent-teacher evenings per year at which time all staff are available for brief feedback on your child.
Parent representatives
The parents of each class choose at least two parent representatives. You can find out more about the Parents’ Association at the association’s general meeting.
